Can I get the appraised value at the time of inspection?

Appraisers normally view the subject property prior to the selection of the comparables sales. Comparable properties are visually inspected by an exterior driveby and observed in accordance with state and federal regulations criteria. In addition to inspecting the property, considerable time is needed for the written report which can vary from 3-5 days, depending on the current workload.
