I am not happy, can I get a refund for my appraisal?

Unfortunately, the estimated market value given by the appraisal cannot be based on whether you are in agreement with it or not. It must be indicated regardless of what the homeowner "believes" his home is worth. We do not give refunds once the appraisal is completed and sent to your lender/broker. You need to contact your lender/broker and discuss your concerns/disagreement with them and any remittance to be credited back.
