I did not get a copy of my appraisal from my lender, can you provide me with a copy?According to California state law, if you paid for the appraisal and you make your request in writing, you are entitled to a copy from the lender. You are also entitled to a copy directly from the appraiser, if 1) the purpose of the appraisal was for other than a loan and 2) you paid for the appraisal. You will need to contact your lender and obtain a copy from them. It is the lender's responsibility to provide the borrower with their copy. |
