Bay Area California State Certified Real Estate Appraiser
We hold the following designations with long-time memberships with:
Certified Appraisal Services is a corporation that runs on the
foundation of good appraisal ethics. Our appraisers are California
State Certified and fulfill the necessary requirements of
field/experience hours, classroom instruction and ongoing instructions
as mandated by the California Office of Real Estate Appraises (OREA).
Appraisers are trained by accredited institutions in the areas of
Standards & Practice, Residential Real Estate Appraisals, Legal
Considerations, Real Estate Principles, Complex Properties, and
speciality homes (Manufactured & Custom). We do not employ
"trainee" appraisers.

David Galassi, Principle of Certified Appraisal Services, together with his wife
established the firm in 1990. He has been servicing the entire Bay Area
and Central Valley for single family residences, condominiums,
multi-family dwellings, and land appraisals. He also has acted as a
review appraiser for several large banking corporations as well as
perform appraisal training for new appraiser trainees. He is also a HUD
(Housing Urban Development) approved appraiser and born and raised in
the San Francisco Bay Area. Having been in the real estate appraisal
industry for over a decade, we are familiar with the various marketing
trends and areas throughout the Bay Area.
