Real Estate Appraisal Qualifications

Our appraisers are California State Certified and fulfill all of the requirements governed by the OREA. In addition to the licensing mandatory requirements, we continue to keep up-to-date on the current marketing trends and continual education. We do not employ "trainee appraisers" and perform our home inspections with integrity.

We have long time business relationships with mortgage lenders and real estate agents in the industry. Our appraisers are California State Certified and fulfill the necessary requirements of field/experience and hours, classroom instruction and ongoing instruction as mandated by the California Office of Real Estate Appraisers. Appraisers are trained by accredited institutions in the areas of Standards & Practice, Residential Real Estate Appraisals, Legal Considerations, Real Estate Principles, Complex Properties, and speciality homes (manufactured & custom). We do not employ "trainee" appraisers.
